What ingredients do you use in your cookies?

We use only quality ingredients, without artificial preservatives. You can find the complete list of ingredients on each product page.

How long do biscuits keep?

Our biscuits are fresh and handmade: they keep on average 2–3 weeks in a cool, dry place.

How do I best preserve them?

We recommend keeping them tightly closed in an airtight jar or in their original packaging, away from heat sources.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?

We usually ship within 2–3 business days. Times may vary depending on the destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders over 69 euros. Otherwise, it costs 5.90 euros (for islands).

Can I track my order?

Of course. As soon as we ship your order, you'll receive an email with a link to track your delivery in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to several European countries. You can check availability and costs at checkout.

What happens if the package arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately and attach a photo: we will replace the order or refund you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter it in the appropriate field at checkout before completing your purchase

Can I change or cancel an order after I've placed it?

Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us immediately and we'll do our best.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! After completing your purchase, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Do you provide an invoice?

Yes, of course! When ordering, you can enter your billing information (VAT number or tax code). Your invoice will be sent to you via email as soon as payment is confirmed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In which cases is a refund foreseen?

Refunds are available if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you purchased. In these cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, attaching a photo of the problem. We will promptly refund you or resend the cookies.
